Sign up for a Glenwood Cemetery walking tour
GHPA, in partnership with Glenwood Cemetery, offers public docent-guided walking tours of the cemetery four times a year. These tours are available by reservation only. The remaining 2010 tours are:
All times and dates are subject to change in the event a burial is scheduled on the date of the tour or in case of inclement weather. Time changes will be posted on this Web page, and those holding reservations will be notified as far in advance as possible.
Please note the tours are walking tours and all vehicles will be left at the cemetery entrance. The route covers approximately 1.5 miles at a very leisurely pace. There are no public restrooms available on the property.
To reserve a spot on a Glenwood walking tour, click on one of the dates above. Note that space on the tours is limited and reservations will be guaranteed on a first come, first served basis.
The price for the Glenwood tours will be $10 per person and $7 for GHPA members, payable at the beginning of the tour by cash or check only. All proceeds will benefit GHPA, a 501(c)(3) organization, and checks should be made payable to GHPA.
